What time is check in?

Your room is guaranteed for 3pm check in. If you wish for an early check in from 1pm and/or a late check out at 1pm, it is an additional £35 for early check in and £35 for a late check out. This is subject to availability and not applicable with hot tub rooms. If you arrive earlier, you’re more than welcome to use Gaia Spa facilities from 1pm or book in for afternoon tea or lunch in the 2 AA Rosette Mayflower Restaurant.

Do you have electric charging points?

Yes we do however spaces are limited so please advise reservations upon booking so that we are able to reserve an allocated charging time.

Are Gaia Spa facilities included in my stay?

Yes, as a hotel resident you’ll have full access to Gaia Spa facilities during your visit, and until 12pm on the day of departure. You’ll also receive 10% discount on any spa treatments booked.

Should I pre-book spa treatments before arrival?

We recommend pre-booking before arrival to avoid any disappointment due to the popularity of Gaia Spa. You can book spa treatments online here.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, our courtyard rooms are dog friendly. There’s an additional £20 per night fee for dog bookings which include the use of a dog blanket, dog bed, poo bags and treats. We also have a dog menu available. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or spa areas.

What is there to do in Plymouth?

We are on the edge of Dartmoor so our team will be able to recommend some walking routes with great views. A full list of activities in the local area can be found here.

What is the history of Boringdon Hall Hotel?
