What time is check in?

Your room is guaranteed for 3pm check in. If you arrive earlier, you’re more than welcome to use Gaia Spa facilities from 12pm or book in for afternoon tea.

Are Gaia Spa facilities included in my stay?

Yes, as a hotel resident you’ll have full access to Gaia Spa facilities during your visit, and until 12pm on the day of departure. You’ll also receive 10% discount on any spa treatments booked.

Should I pre-book spa treatments before arrival?

We recommend pre-booking before arrival to avoid any disappointment due to the popularity of Gaia Spa. You can book spa treatments online here.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, our courtyard rooms are dog friendly. There’s an additional £20 per night fee for dog bookings which include the use of a dog blanket, dog bed, poo bags and treats. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or spa areas.

COVID-19 related

Do I need to wear a mask during my visit?

From 8th August 2020 it is a legal requirement to wear a mask / face covering in public areas of the hotel and spa (other than where necessary to remove for treatments.) When table service is in operation when dining, masks are not required and for theirs and your safety, our staff members will be wearing a face covering.

Will the bar and restaurants be open?

Yes, until 10pm each night. After this time, guests will be unable to lounge in these areas. Please note that alcohol will only be served in our restaurants whilst you are eating a substantial meal.

I bought/have a gift voucher that was due to expire in 2020, will I still be able to use this?

Yes. Due to the recent hotel and spa closure, we're thrilled to offer an extension of voucher redemption meaning any vouchers that were due to expire in 2020, will be automatically extended for expiry of 28th February 2021.

Are all your spa facilities open?

Gaia Spa pool and gym reopened on 25th July 2020. The outdoor hot tubs at Gaia Spa are available to hire at £25 for 30 minutes and need to be pre-booked before arrival.

Can I have a facial?

Yes, we’re currently offering a reduced spa treatment menu which you can find here.

Can I use cash during my visit?

Unfortunately cash payments are prohibited throughout the hotel, contactless and card payments are to be used, or please contact us to set up a direct debit option.

Do I need to book for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yes, dining times must be pre-booked before dining. This can be done through the app or before arrival through our reservations team. If you'd prefer a breakfast hamper to the room, these will be available to order the night before from reception and will be delivered to your room. Will my room still be serviced daily during my stay?

You can opt out of daily housekeeping if you wish.

Can I travel with another household?

Please note it is now against the law to travel with people from outside your household or support bubble. You may be asked to prove you are from the same household on arrival at the hotel.
