The award-winning Devon chef, Scott Paton, is Head Chef at Boringdon Hall.
Having recently been awarded Three AA Rosettes and 'Best Chef' at Food Magazine Reader Awards 2017, Scott Paton brings a new dimension to fine dining at Boringdon.
Excited by what Boringdon Hall has to offer, not only with the Gallery Restaurant but also with the impending launch of the Gaia Spa Spatisserie, Scott brings experience, fresh ideas and vision to the table.
Scott says: "I want food to be colourful, vibrant and to stand out. When I put a plate of food in front of a guest I want it to make them smile and to create memories. I want guests to see a dish and immediately think that food will taste good before they taste it. The first impact of each dish is visual and each dish must be technically well executed. My food isn’t theatre – my food looks good and tastes even better. I don’t want guests remembering smokey nitrogen I want them to remember the visual impact of the dish, savour the taste, and the lasting experience."
What Scott brings to the table at Boringdon is exciting, fresh and above all, exceptionally good food.
Scott Paton’s à la carte menu is available now at The Gallery Restaurant.
