A journey through food
Truth with elegance
Overlooking the Great Hall you’ll find the intimate and sophisticatedly romantic Àclèaf; a space to gather around the table and taste exquisite menus created by Head Chef Scott Paton.
A showcase of inventive British fare, using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, Àclèaf is a unique dining experience exclusive to Boringdon Hall where Scott Paton’s seasonally led signature four-course menu takes centre stage. To complete the dining experience, paired wine flights perfectly matched to each individual dish are available.
Àclèaf is a AA 3 Rosette restaurant and features in the MICHELIN Guide 2021.
Àclèaf is located on the first floor up one flight of stairs, if you have any mobility requirements please contact us about how we may be able to assist you.
"We’re going back to classical techniques a bit more – that’s our next progression, to go backwards. We’ll be looking at more traditional sauces, more traditional plating styles, more traditional cooking methods."SCOTT PATON – HEAD CHEF
