On Monday morning, our team caught the Paddington train to attend one of the industry’s most prestigious events – The 2017 AA Hospitality Awards, hosted at Grosvenor House.
Attended by world-renowned chefs, prominent hoteliers and restaurateurs and hospitality gurus. The event recognises and rewards the excellent services provided by the very best establishments.
In addition to celebrating our 3 AA Rosettes we were also there as finalists in the Customer Choice Award. A new award for 2017, the AA Customers’ Choice Award is powered by Review Pro and celebrates the hotel with the best guest reviews across 175 different online travel agencies and review sites in 45 languages.
We were up against some fine competition including The Savoy, Claridge’s, The Langham and Ribby Hall.
