We’re honored to announce that The Gallery Restaurant at Boringdon has been awarded Three AA Rosettes and is officially Plymouth’s highest rated restaurant. The whole team including Head Chef Scott Paton and Food & Beverage Manager Ionel Besliu are thrilled, and our new status reiterates that dining at Boringdon is not just about how the food looks or tastes, its about creating an utterly divine experience for our guests.
Head Chef, Scott Paton, who joined us just six months ago, says of the achievement: “I am absolutely thrilled that The Gallery Restaurant has been awarded Three AA Rosettes. I always aim for each of my dishes to look fantastic and to taste even better and I want my food to create memories. I am so proud of the entire team that we have achieved this standard of fine dining.”
Our new mouth-watering menu includes Brixham crab salad, curried emulsion, mango, cardamom and lime to start, slow cooked lamb with variations of alliums and Pedro Jimenez scented jus for main, and Espresso tart, bitter chocolate and milk ice cream for dessert.
